Terms and Conditions
Work is agreed upon and signed for in a contract based upon your choices and
e-mailed to you by Wyld Woods Design. We require 50% of total contracted price
up front, and work begins as soon as the signed contract and up- front fee are
received. A mutually agreed upon time line is included in the contract and work
is delivered on time, with the remaining 50% of total fee due at time of
publishing to the web. We require that the site is paid in full in one month's
time. Site then will be completed at the customers convenience. Wyld Woods Design will not do websites with adult
content. If site is pulled from Wyld Woods Design, it is up to the
customer to request a CD of the website. Free changes must be minimal and only available after site is
complete. This is a special offer only. NOT a yearly service. Maintenance is based on an hourly rate of $50.00.
Any maintenance done must be paid at time of receipt as changes
are made at time of publishing. Site redesign will
be quoted by owner.
